How did the Proof team meet? (if you are all related, then I think I can figure it out) Our mom made us live together for the most part. The rest our team is through school, classmates, etc Can you discuss any conflicts? Constructive/destructive? Any crunch time decisions? One conflict is having the capital to expand and grow. Do we take on investors and listen to offers? Do we dump in more money? Do we use things like kickstarter to fund growth. We have constant discussions about which models to release? When?
What Wood Sunglasses types, lens types, Where do we focus our time and efforts? Do we add products that might take us away from our core focus. Do we expand into other markets? Do we target different demographics?
These are all really constructive in general. We talk through them and for the most part work through them with a solution that we came up with together. We just want to see Wooden Sunglasses on everyone!
